Find official postal addresses for any letters or packages sent to your club, and how to find your club email address and website.
All RMIT clubs should ensure written correspondence and packages are being sent to the official RMIT mailing addresses, not to an individual club members home/work address.

The majority of correspondence sent to clubs is electronic, which will be sent to the RMIT hosted club email account. This service allows you to access your email account from anywhere in the world via Microsoft 365. It is important for clubs to understand this email account is the default account for all RMIT Student Life correspondence to clubs.
Clubs must check this account daily for correspondence from RMIT Student Life, potential and existing club members, and other stakeholders. Clubs are encouraged to advertise the RMIT hosted account to members (current and potential) as it allows for consistency amongst successive club committees and means contact details do not need to be updated as regularly.
For access to your clubs RMIT email account, please contact the Clubs & Societies Program Coordinator. Access can be added via your RMIT student email account. Committee members who are non-students can be added as a contingent worker and provided access by the Clubs & Societies Program Coordinator.
After you have been granted access to your club email account, you will need to ‘open another mailbox’ from your student/staff account:
1. Open your RMIT Outlook in your web browser, click on the top right-hand corner where your icon is and select ‘open another mailbox’.
2. Start typing your club email address, select it and press open’. You will now have a mailbox for your club account
Access to RMIT Student Life club email addresses is limited to RMIT staff and students. Any non-students who need to access a club mailbox will need to have an RMIT account created. Please contact clubs@rmit.edu.au for the appropriate forms and details.
Clubs will have an RMIT hosted website to promote their services, activities, and membership. Clubs will also be provided individual pages on the RMIT Student Life administration site.
This section is primarily aimed at existing members and clubs will have the ability to create their own material, events and be able to communicate to members. On this page, members will physically be able to log in and purchase members, create forms and manage your club.
