Temporary Welfare Waive Form – Offshore students

If you're an international student aged under 18 and you're currently offshore, you can use this form to apply to stay temporarily with visiting parents rather than your long-term accommodation provider.

Under 18 Student Arriving with Parents Request Form (Temporary Welfare Waive - Offshore Students)

To be completed by a parent, or the approved agent on behalf of a parent.

The temporary welfare waive is intended to allow students to remain with a visiting parent(s) for a set period of time instead of staying each night at the RMIT approved long term accommodation.

All approvals from RMIT will be provided by email.
