STUDENT SPEAKS: Being a club leader is amazing. It opens so many opportunities for you. You meet so many amazing people, whether it's other club leaders or just members of your club as well, and it really helps with those leadership qualities.

MAX SPEAKS: Honest to God, this has been the most amazing experience for me. Just having a community around me, being able to meet people, being able to like, help students do whatever they want to do with their time at RMIT. So I think it's really a lot more valuable than you'd expect to be a club leader.

CHEER AND DANCE REP SPEAKS: I think the best part about being a club leader is just the experience that you get. There's so many like skills that you learn through organisation. It looks good on your resume and it's just a really great opportunity to give back to a club that I love and I feel has given me so much.

FINN SPEAKS: Seeing people hone in on their skills in theatre and becoming better performers, seeing people become friends through a club and you started is really, really rewarding.

BRIDGET SPEAKS: I don't think I would have met as many people as I have as a club leader and it's just it's so much fun and yeah, I really love it.
CLAUDE SPEAKS: Some of the benefits of being club president is it really does set you up for like real life. It gives you those management tools that maybe you don't get at Uni and it also just kind of
gives you a great kind of group of people that you can support on.
MARLON SPEAKS: Leadership through clubs is such a special place to cultivate skills. It's just really good professional development as well as a place to find community.
