Take a mindful break with free meditation sessions. No prior experience is needed, and everyone is welcome.

Breathe in peace, breathe out stress. 

Guided meditation sessions happen in-person and online, providing a calm space to relax, reset, and cultivate focus—perfect for managing stress and supporting your overall wellbeing.

Visit the Multifaith and Wellbeing Centre to reconnect, recharge, and give yourself the gift of a peaceful pause in your day.
