Walk the Labyrinth - Quiet your Mind

Take a break to reduce stress, restore mental energy, and renew your creative resources.

A labyrinth is not a maze. A labyrinth has only one path leading to a central point, you take the same path going out. "In a maze you lose yourself, in a labyrinth you find yourself".

Come and experience this ancient practice, now used in Higher Education, Schools, Hospitals, as well as in religious and spiritual organisations. The simple act of walking the labyrinth can restore and refresh, connecting mind, body and spirit.

Facilitated by RMIT Interfaith Chaplain Helen Summers. No prior experience needed. A safe and inclusive meditative activity.
