Volunteers will contribute to content, events, and community engagement while gaining leadership, advocacy, and professional development experience. Participation is on a flexible volunteer basis, and applicants from all disciplines are welcome.
Who can apply?
- Students (undergraduate or HDR) and early-career professionals from any discipline.
- Priority is given to people with disability and/or diverse abilities (including neurodiverse
- individuals).
- Experience in advocacy, content creation, event planning, or social media is an advantage but not required. Passion for advancing disability inclusion is the most important factor.
What volunteer roles are available?
- Structured oversight roles: Forum Moderator, Social Media Manager, Committee Secretary.
- Creative/content roles: Social Media Content Creator, Graphic Designer, Creative.
- Content Contributor (visual arts, video, music, etc.).
- Event & engagement roles: Event Liaison Officer, Content Organiser.
What's the time commitment?
Participation is entirely voluntary and flexible. Volunteers can contribute according to their capacity and availability.
