A variety of furnished rooms are available, from studios to shared apartments, with excellent communal facilities. Rates are all inclusive, which means the cost of utilities, internet and other services are covered by the rent. Rental agreements are clear and transparent.
Scholarships are available with several accommodation providers. Students must be Australian Citizens or permanent residents and meet selection criteria to be eligible.

Travel time: 2-minute walk to Bundoora West Campus, 14-minute walk to Bundoora East Campus or take the courtesy bus.
Located on Bundoora West Campus, Walert House is a short walk to class and within easy reach of parklands. The property is close to shops, cafes and public transport links. A range of room options are available, from self-contained studios to shared apartments. Making new friends is easy with resident events, a games room, cinema room and BBQ area.

Located on Melbourne Polytechnic Fairfield Campus, Yarra House is surrounded by parklands. With a focus on community, there are plenty of opportunities to meet new people and make the most of uni life. A variety of rooms are available, including single rooms with shared facilities, ensuite rooms and shared rooms. Yarra House provides 24-hour support and free on-site parking.
