Marie Bernardo is an ICF-accredited coach and certified trauma-informed meditation teacher. Marie graduated from RMIT with a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education and Development. Her program Wellness Wings®—a mental fitness workshop for women in business and leadership—is adapted from her original program for healthcare professionals. Through evidence-based tools and a tailored approach, she helps high-achieving individuals build resilience and shift how they experience stress, overwhelm and anxiety from the inside out.
