Using design thinking helps you to reframe, ideate, try things and be curious. As a narrative career counsellor, Louisa works with you to enable you to become the expert in your life and career. I help students navigate the world of work, find out what the role is where they can use their passions and strengths and how to get there.
I also help career changers rethink and reframe their careers and understand what transferable skills they have that can be utilised

Louisa worked as a lawyer and legal recruiter before studying a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education and Development at RMIT. She started Good Counsel Consulting in 2017 and has since worked with hundreds of students to help them with their career choices and journey. She uses design thinking to help set her clients up to be lifelong learners and navigate the rapidly changing world of work. Louisa also has extensive experience in higher education, including currently working two days a week at RMIT.
