Maree Harris founded leadership development company, People Empowered in 2005 following completion of her PhD (Social Work) at RMIT. Prior to COVID, she conducted workshops, masterclasses, two-day retreats, mentoring and coaching. Deciding not to take it online Maree accelerated her mentoring. It has been so successful that she has chosen to spend the rest of her professional life specialising in this area.
