Spring, Summer and Flexible term courses

These courses are open as an elective to all students across the University, including Diploma of Commerce (DP020) and Associate Degree in Business (AD029).

Diploma of Commerce DP020 and Associate Degree in Business AD029 students should select courses based on their Program Structure ONLY.

Important: Please do not enrol into courses if you have already completed the course listed in the ‘(Equivalent to)’ field. These courses are deemed equivalent for credit purposes and cannot be counted twice toward the same program. If you are unsure if you have completed the equivalent course, please seek advice and a program map by contacting the College of Business and Law before enrolling.

All College of VE Spring and Summer courses are offered online with no face-to-face classes.

Courses offered in the Spring, Summer and FLEX terms are taught over a shorter period than the standard 12-week semester. To manage your workload, we recommend students enrol in a maximum of two courses in any/each of these terms.

Spring 2025 Undergraduate Flexible Term

• Semester/term code: 2502
• Enrolment period: 1 September 2025 – 9 November 2025  
• Term dates: 10 November 2025 – 12 December 2025 (Spring)
• Census date (Last day to withdraw without fee penalty): 17 November 2025
• Final assessment week: 8 December 2025 – 12 December 2025
• Result release date: 1 January 2026

Summer 2026 Undergraduate Flexible Term

• Semester/term code: 2602
• Enrolment period: 5 November 2025 – 4 January 2026
• Term dates: 5 January 2026 – 6 February 2026 (Summer)
• Census date (Last day to withdraw without fee penalty): 12 January 2026
• Final assessment week: 2 February 2026 – 6 February 2026
• Result release date: 20 February 2026
   

How to enrol

To enrol in one of the below courses, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Enrolment Online
2. Select the relevant semester (e.g. Flexible Term, Spring Semester or Summer Semester) in which the course is offered
3. Use the ‘Class Search’ function to search for the class number listed below
4. Add the course to your enrolment.
