Collect some lovely words of encouragement written by a fellow student or share your own message of support for another student.
Assessment time can be a stressful time for many students, but some simple words of encouragement can help when you're in the midst of assignments, exams and deadlines.
The Assessment Exchange is a student-led creative program that invites students to come into the RMIT Store on City campus and collect some lovely words of encouragement from a fellow student to look at whenever you need a little sunshine.
Then, you can grab one of the blank postcards provided and share your own message of support for another RMIT student.
Affirmation Exchange is part of the ongoing Creative Wellbeing Program.
Location: RMIT Store at City campus. Building 12, level 4, room 115-116. 402 Swanston St, Melbourne
Dates: Affirmation Exchange is running until 31 December 2023
Times: RMIT Store is open 10am-5pm Monday-Friday
We hope the Affirmation Exchange Program brings you joy! However, it's not designed to provide or replace psychological assistance and counselling treatment. If you need support for stress, anxiety or any other mental health concerns, please go to RMIT Counselling and Psychological Services.
