Then the Disney Cultural Exchange Program is your opportunity of a lifetime! Since 1981 Disney Internships and Programs have represented a life-changing experience for hundreds of thousands of students.

Join Roy Quispe, a recruiter with Disney Internships and Programs, to learn more about the program components and why it could be the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you.

Our event will begin with an informational session that goes into the ins and outs of the Disney Cultural Exchange Program at Walt Disney World, followed by a Q&A. This presentation is mandatory for anyone who is interviewing.

Why attend?

Students should come if they are interviewing for a position with us for the August intake or if they are interested in learning more about how they can work for Walt Disney World on the Cultural Exchange Program in the future.

  • 9am–10am: Disney Presentation – the ins and outs of the Disney Cultural Exchange Program at Walt Disney World and Q&A
  • 11am–12noon: Disney Cultural Exchange Program Interviews 
  • 1pm–5pm Disney Cultural Exchange Program Interviews
