Adjusting to university life

Join our small group workshop to share experiences and gain valuable tips for navigating through university life!

Head to Kirrip Place to explore adjusting through ways of wellbeing: being active, being connected, and being curious.

These one-hour group sessions are a perfect blend of enjoyment and information. Connect with fellow students, gain insights into the university experience and the excitement of trying out new things

Our group session aims to guide you through common reactions to adjusting, equip you with adaptive strategies, set exciting goals and soak in all the positives. It's not just a session – it's your ticket to a fun-filled ride of connection and personal growth!

Feeling a bit scared in a new place is totally normal. Take your time to ease in, navigate university life and enjoy the new experiences.
