Once you've completed your program, you can view and share your digital academic statements via My eQuals.
My eQuals is a globally recognised, secure online platform that gives you lifetime access to digital academic statements, including your RMIT transcript.
My eQuals digital academic statements are certified, legally valid and tamper-proof. They contain digital signatures that meet legal standards set by the European Union for authentic electronic documents, and exceed requirements in Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
The following academic statements are accessible via My eQuals:

If you have completed, or are due to complete, a program at RMIT after July 2017, you're automatically given access to My eQuals free of charge after you're marked as 'complete' in your program on RMIT systems.
Students who have discontinued, or who discontinue, a program at RMIT after 2017 are also automatically given access to My eQuals.
Students who completed a program prior to 2017 are not given automatic access but can order My eQuals digital statements online.
You will be given access to My eQuals 48 hours after you are marked as 'complete' in your program on RMIT systems.
Your transcript will be available in My eQuals as soon as you are given access.
Your remaining digital academic statements, including your testamur or VE Qualification Statement, will be uploaded one week after you graduate.
After you are marked as 'complete' in your program on RMIT systems, an email from My eQuals will be sent to the personal email address* you have provided to RMIT. You may need to check your spam/junk folder.

*For SIM students, communications about My eQuals will be sent to your SIM campus email account (xxxxx@mymail.sim.edu.sg).
