Self-Defence Classes

Discover the power within you through our immersive five-week self-defence program.

Join us every Tuesday from the end of April through to end of May at RMIT Active Hub, City campus, to fully equip yourself with all the essential self-defence skills.

This transformative journey is designed to foster connection, inclusion, and the development of strong individuals. This program is not just about physical techniques; it's a holistic approach to personal empowerment.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through a comprehensive curriculum, emphasising the development of confidence, humility, and bravery. This program is a great opportunity to enhance your personal safety and wellbeing.
