Women's Strength Training Program (Bundoora)

This program offers supportive, hands-on strength training program designed exclusively for women and female-identifying students.

Looking to build strength, boost confidence, and feel empowered in the gym? 

Led by a fully qualified and experienced female trainer, these small group sessions will help you gain the skills and confidence to train effectively in a gym environment — all while enjoying the physical and mental health benefits of strength training.

Dates:

  • 11th of September
  • 18th of September
  • 25th of September
  • 2nd of October
  • 9th of October

Time: 11am-12pm

Location: RMIT Sports Centre, Group Fitness Room, Building 203, Level 3, Bundoora, Melbourne, 3089

Price: $25 total ($5 per session)
