Starting at RMIT soon? These online sessions are designed to help you feel settled, confident and ready before classes begin.

Join from anywhere and connect with other new students before your first day on campus.

In a session you can:

  • Meet other new students
  • Ask questions about classes, making friends, money, work or Melbourne
  • Hear real tips about what starting at RMIT is actually like
  • Get links to support services and key events

It’s casual. Cameras and mics are optional, and you can just listen if you prefer.

Why attend?

  • Meet other new students before your first day
  • Get answers to your questions about studying at RMIT or living in Melbourne
  • Ease into uni or TAFE before everything ramps up
