RMIT is upgrading Enrolment Online in a staged rollout. You’ll see changes to content, processes and the overall user experience over five releases from November 2025 until 2027.

Release 1 - completed November 2025
The homepage has been redesigned with a refreshed look, improved navigation and a new tile menu. The structure makes it easier to find what you need, and existing pages have been visually updated.
Release 2 - scheduled for 12 May 2026
Most pages in the ‘Finances’ and ‘Personal Details’ sections will be redesigned. Improvements include a new 'Names and gender' page, to make it easier to view your legal name and register a preferred name or single name, as well as clearer labels and tool tips to help with recording bank account details.
Release 3 (targeted in 2026)
Selected pages in ‘Manage Study’ will be redesigned for an improved enrolment experience. Remaining pages in the ‘Personal Details’ section will also be updated.
Release 4 (targeted in 2026)
The ‘Graduation’ and ‘Scholarships’ pages will be redesigned.
Release 5 (timing TBC)
The ‘Research’ pages will be redesigned.

Yes! We welcome all students, from Foundation Studies to research higher degrees, international and domestic, to participate in user testing. Sometimes the testing will be in person, and sometimes you can do it online on your own. Please register your interest here.
