RMIT is upgrading Enrolment Online in a staged rollout. This means you’ll see changes to content, processes and user experience over five releases from November 2025 until 2027.

Release 1 - live November 2025
The homepage has been redesigned for an improved user experience, with a refreshed look and a new tile menu. The new structure and navigation will make it easier for you to find what you’re looking for, and the look of the existing pages has also been updated.
Release 2 (targeted in 2026)
The ‘Finances’ pages and ‘Personal Details’ pages will be redesigned, and new functionality will be added to alert you to the tasks you need to complete.
Release 3 (targeted in 2026)
The ‘Manage Study’ pages will be redesigned for an improved enrolment experience.
Release 4 (targeted in 2026)
The ‘Graduation’ and ‘Scholarships’ pages will be redesigned.
Release 5 (timing TBC)
The ‘Research’ pages will be redesigned.

We don’t expect there will be any system outages while the improvements are underway. During a release, we expect you will be able to continue to use the system normally, although you may need to take some minor actions such as log out and log in again, or refresh your page, to see the upgrades. If you encounter difficulties on a release day, use the options below to get help.
Yes! We are always looking for a variety of students, from Foundation Studies to research higher degrees, international and domestic, to participate in user testing. Sometimes the testing will be in person, and sometimes you can do it online on your own. Please register your interest here.
