Online self-service access

If you graduated after July 2017, you have access to a number of free digital academic statements through My eQuals. Please search your personal email account, including spam/junk folder, for the My eQuals access email before contacting RMIT.

Digital or physical statements

You can request your Academic Statements to either be sent to you digitally via email, or as hard copies. Visit the Academic transcripts and statements page for more information, or to submit a request.

Enquiry tracking and assistance

If you have any difficulties with requesting your Academic Statements, your details on the request form are out of date, or you would like to track the progress of your request, please contact RMIT Connect.

You are automatically an RMIT alumnus once you've graduated from an RMIT University program. No need to register or apply! Make sure your details are up to date so we can keep you informed about your alumni benefits, events and opportunities.

If you have received any recent communications from the RMIT Alumni team, you will be able to find your student number listed in the footer of the email. If you are not currently recieving RMIT alumni emails, please contact RMIT Connect and they can help you to retrieve your student number.

Once you graduate, RMIT is legally required to deactivate your student email account and cancel your access to RMIT systems. However, you may want to contact RMIT Connect who will be able to give you next steps to request limited time access in special circumstances.

You will need to reset your password to login for the first time to the alumni library portal. Please follow the library page instructions on how to to do this before contacting the alumni team.

When using the reset password form, please remember to include the "s" in front of your student number. For example: s3000000.

If you are having trouble resetting your password, your contact details may be out of date. Please update your details using this form.

New RMIT graduates get 12 months access to CareerHub to view the lastest job opportunities, book into free resumé and cover letter reviews, and register for workshops and career consultations.

Unfortunately our policies restrict us from releasing any personal details without an individual's consent.

You may be able to find current academic staff contact details by searching our website for the course they taught. Alternatively, if you remember their name you could reach out to them on LinkedIn.

Graduate lists dating back to 2003 are available as a matter of public record, however any further information will require formal consent from the student.

1998 and earlier  

RMIT University Archives maintains a comprehensive collection of records and can assist with your search for historical program and course information dated 1998 and earlier.   

Contact RMIT Archives with the following information where known:  

  • student name (as it was while a student)  
  • student number   
  • program name and code   
  • course names and numbers (and year each course/subject was studied)  

The course details will be scanned and emailed back to you.  

1999-2005

Course Guides from 1999 to 2005 are publicly available online at RMIT University Course Guides (1999-2005).   

2006 onwards

Requests for Program and Course information from 2006 onwards should be directed to RMIT Connect . 

Login as Guest via the RMIT Connect service portal and lodge an 'Academic Advice' request.  You can also reach RMIT Connect by phone on +61 3 9925 5000.
