Alterations in signal transduction in primary human immune cells from patients with chronic inflammatory diseases and infections, inflammatory co-morbidities in HIV patients.,The role of innate immunity, particularly monocytes and natural killer cells, in comorbid inflammatory diseases in settings of normal ageing and chronic viral infections
