About

Orana has extensive research experience in the field of sustainability in the built environment, including professional practice to improve the safety, social diversity and sustainability of the built environment and policy mechanisms to achieve sustainable planning and design outcomes. For the last six years, Orana's primary role has been as a research fellow in RMIT's School of Property, Construction and Project Management, working on projects funded by the Energy Pipelines CRC, Future Fuels CRC, Victorian Government (Industrial Relations Victoria), the CFMEU and Building Employees Redundancy Trust (BERT) and Commonwealth Office of Learning and Teaching.

Orana has a passion for teaching in higher education and a strong record in research on adult learning through university and professional education.
