The vocational education census dates are applicable to RMIT students enrolled in vocational education programs, including apprentices and trainees.

Census dates apply to each class, or ‘unit of study’, in which you are enrolled and are the deadlines to take key actions (see below).

Census dates cannot be extended!

More information

If you have a query about your class census dates, please contact:

Each vocational education class has a different census date, which depends on:

  • the month in which the class started, and
  • the length of the class.

View your class census dates in Enrolment Online.

  • Log in to Enrolment Online.
  • Select My student record.
  • Under Enrolment details, select Enrol (add, drop or change classes), then
  • select your semester and choose the Continue button.
  • Census dates are shown for each class in which you are enrolled.

Important:

  • If you are enrolled in ELICOS, please contact RMIT English Worldwide for information regarding the census dates that apply to these classes.
  • Always determine your own census dates. Do not rely on advice from other students or friends as you are responsible for knowing which census dates apply to you.

Learn and remember the actions you need to take before your class census dates in order to avoid penalties.
