Neurodiverse yoga & meditation program

A free six week program supporting neurodiverse students through exam preparation with gentle yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

Flexible, inclusive sessions help reduce stress, build study readiness, and support healthy transitions in a calm, supportive environment.

These sessions provide a calm, inclusive environment with flexible participation — attend in your own way, stay for as long as feels right, and take what you need. The program supports anxiety reduction, study readiness, and healthy transitions both into and out of assessment periods.
