RMIT Women in STEM (WiS) are excited to be hosting a lunch to celebrate International Girls in ICT Day Lunch on Thursday 23 April.
This year's theme for International Girls in ICT Day 2026 is "AI for Development: Girls Shaping the digital future".
Come along, bring a friend and help celebrate with the WiS community! If you can't join for the whole session, pop in for what you can.
We plan to have ICT representatives from CISCO and our very own successful RMIT alumnae sharing their insights!
Date: Thursday 23 April
Time: 11:30am-1:30pm
Location: Garden Building, Building 10, Level 6, room 89, RMIT City Campus.
Registrations essential so we can cater accordingly. The Q&A panel will be livestreamed for those who can't make it in person, please register below to receive the livestream link.
These lunches are designed as an opportunity for female-identifying and gender diverse students who study VE/TAFE to meet and connect with others in STEM fields, address key concerns and questions that may arise as a woman in the world of STEM and foster a community amongst participants. We want to ensure that our future graduates are prepared and ready for the workforce.
Please reach out to stem.women@rmit.edu.au for more information.
Hope to see you there!
