ATN Universities Essay Competition

Write a 750-word essay on being human in an AI-enabled world, and you could win $2000.

The Australian Technology Network (ATN) Universities is inviting students to take part in a national essay competition exploring what it means to be human in an AI-enabled world. The compeition is open students from all programs, skill levels and disciplines. The winner will be awarded $2,000 in prize money.

Eligibility

To enter you must be:

  • A current student at an ATN member university (Curtin University, Deakin University, RMIT University, The University of Newcastle, Swinburne University of Technology or University of Technology Sydney) 
  • Australian-based.

Prizes

  • 1st place: $2,000
  • 2nd place: $750
  • 3rd place: $250

A winner will be selected by a panel of expert judges, and will be announced by ATN Universities in June.
