RMIT's Neurodiverse Yoga & Meditation Program offers inclusive, flexible sessions designed for neurodivergent students.

Participants can engage at their own pace in a calm, supportive environment that promotes relaxation, focus, and healthy coping strategies.

These sessions provide a calm, inclusive environment with flexible participation — attend in your own way, stay for as long as feels right, and take what you need.

The program supports anxiety reduction, study readiness, and overall wellbeing during your university studies.
