RMIT's Express Lunchtime Spin Classes are fast-paced group cycling workouts designed to fit into a busy schedule.

Looking for a quick and energising way to stay active during your day?

Our Express Lunchtime Spin Classes at RMIT Bundoora are designed to get your heart pumping and leave you feeling refreshed — all in just 30 minutes.

These instructor-led sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and are the perfect way to break up your day, boost your energy, and stay active on campus.

These high-energy sessions improve cardiovascular fitness, build lower-body strength, and boost endurance.

Suitable for all fitness levels, participants can control intensity while enjoying a motivating, supportive environment.

What's Included

  • 30-minute instructor-led spin class
  • Access to change rooms and shower facilities
  • Supportive, inclusive environment suitable for all levels

Dates, time, location and registration

Dates: Wednesdays

  • 5 August
  • 12 August
  • 19 August
  • 29 August

Time: 12:30-1pm

Location: RMIT Sports Centre, Bundoora (Building 203)

Cost: $5 per session 

Booking: Flexible – attend as many or as few sessions as you like

Please note, there is a no refund policy for these sessions.

Important information

  • RMIT student gym members can attend FREE — simply show up to reception on the day (subject to bike availability)
  • Casual attendees must book and pay per session via the link above
  • Spots are limited, so bookings are recommended to secure your place
  • Take a break from your day, jump on a bike, and ride your way to better energy and focus
  • Please bring your own towel and water bottle
