Build confidence, improve your strength and train in a supportive 4-week program at City or Bundoora campus.

The Women’s small group strength training program is exclusively for females and female-identifying participants.

Led by a qualified female personal trainer, this small-group program offers a comfortable, inclusive space to build strength, confidence and gym skills, with personalised guidance for all fitness levels.

Program overview

  • Cost: $30
  • 4 x 45-minute small group personal training sessions
  • 1 session per week with a qualified female trainer
  • Small group format for personalised coaching
  • Available at RMIT City and Bundoora campuses
  • Free post-session voucher after each session, courtesy of RUSU. Details vary by campus.

Places are strictly limited to maintain small group sizes. Book early to avoid missing out.

Please note, you cannot change which time slot you attend each week.

Program dates and locations

Bundoora campus
  • Dates: Thursdays, 30 July to 20 August
  • Session times: 11 am, 11.45 am or 12.30 pm
  • Location: RMIT Sports Centre Gym, RMIT Bundoora Campus, Building 203, McKimmies Road, Bundoora
  • Bonus: Free coffee voucher after each session, provided by RUSU
City campus
  • Dates: Wednesdays, 9 to 30 September
  • Session times: 10 am, 10.45 am or 11.30 am
  • Location: RMIT Active Hub
  • Bonus: Free food voucher after each session, provided by RUSU, redeemable at the RUSU Realfoods Canteen next to the RMIT Active Hub
