This high‑energy, 45-minute session features timed exercise stations, functional movements, and short recovery periods to help build strength and fitness.

Be one of the first to try a brand new circuit‑style class at the RMIT Active Hub, created especially for students who want an energising, full‑body workout that fits into their day.

It's a great way to reset your mind, release stress, and boost your energy, perfect for staying balanced during a busy study schedule.

Exercises are easily adjustable, making the class suitable for all fitness levels. An RMIT Active trainer will guide the session and keep you motivated throughout.

Bookings are essential, limited spots available.

Shower facilities are available in the Active Hub for use after sessions

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time. Late arrivals may not be permitted entry, as this can disrupt the session and you may miss important instructions from our trainer.
