Research Partnerships at RMIT: Library Research Spotlight

Partnerships are woven into every part of RMIT’s Knowledge with Action strategy. The Research Partnerships team aims to develop impactful partnerships by supporting collaboration between government, industry partners and RMIT academics.

About this event

This session will introduce aspects of the Research Partnerships team’s crucial work at the university, and how it supports researchers through:

  • Giving research practical advice to help navigate through the partnership lifecycle.
  • Facilitating partnerships conversations and connecting academics with opportunities and initiatives.
  • Providing guidance on partner outreach, contract negotiation, relationship management and internal processes.

Hosted by Gerard Roe and John Bonacci from RMIT’s Research Partnerships team, and including David Downes, Manager of Research Impact and Translation, the session will also provide useful information on impact planning as well as approaches to growing an industry network​​​​​​​.​​​​​​​
