From the analysis undertaken to date, which has been independently validated, there is currently no evidence to suggest any data breaches as a result of these issues.

From Monday 22 February classes will resume on campus as scheduled for Vocational Education, Urban School and Flight School along with critical Higher Degree Research (HDR) activities.

RMIT staff will continue to work remotely, with access to critical systems including Office 365 and Canvas.

11.00am Friday 19 February 2021

From the analysis undertaken to date, which has been independently validated, there is currently no evidence to suggest any data breaches as a result of these issues.

To enable essential remediation works to progress as quickly as possible, online and in-person classes have been cancelled and our campuses are closed today (Friday 19 February).

The small cohort of students who were scheduled to have face-to-face classes have been contacted directly.

These measures will allow us to resolve the issues as quickly as possible and ensure we are providing students with access to all the systems they need for the right learning experience.

RMIT staff can continue to work remotely during this time and we will provide our people with further information today.
