Panel discussion - Building synergies across the SDGs

Experts from RMIT University will lead a panel discussion on innovation for sustainability in waste, food and cities. The event will take place as part of the European Roundtable for Sustainable Consumption and Production (ERSCP 2019) in October in Barcelona.

The European Roundtable for Sustainable Production and Consumption (ERSCP) is one of Europe's most prominent conferences in its field. It provides a platform to encourage discussion and dissemination of knowledge in the fields of sustainable production and consumption and promote progress towards more sustainable models.

The RMIT panel on Wednesday 16 October from 2.15pm-3.00pm on Building synergies across the SDGs: Waste, Food and Sustainable Cities includes:

  • Dr Nguyen Anh Thu, Marketing Lecturer and Course Leader in consumer behaviour,
  • RMIT Vietnam Dr Ferne Edwards, Research Fellow for the European funded research project EdiCitNet.
  • RMIT Europe Javier Cortes, Head of Local Engagement, UN Global Compact – Cities Programme
