SDGs Workshop

SDGs Workshop

RMIT hosted a SDGs workshop with internal stakeholders to further discuss priorities and actions to promote and coordinate SDGs activities across the university to maximise SDGs influence and impact. This workshop aimed to deliver on RMIT’s public commitments to the global sustainable development agenda.

RMIT recognises the important role the education sector can play not only in supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) agenda, but also in promoting and contributing to the achievement of all 17 Goals.

RMIT hosted on the 29th November its first SDGs workshop with internal stakeholders. This workshop aimed to further discuss priorities and actions to promote and coordinate SDGs activities across the university to maximise SDGs influence and impact. This workshop aimed to increase SDGs awareness and deliver on RMIT’s public commitments to the global sustainable development agenda.

Suggestions and ideas provided by the 44 participants during the workshop will now be consolidated and analysed to determine priorities and develop an action plan to maximise our SDGs influence and impact.
