Drawing on direct collaboration with activists, Marco Amati and Lisa de Kleyn examine campaigns across Colombia, Spain, Mexico, India, New Zealand and Australia, revealing how residents reclaim streets and public spaces in response to the social and environmental challenges of contemporary urban life.
This event offers a unique opportunity to hear from the authors, engage in discussion about the future of public space, and reflect on the role of communities in shaping more inclusive and sustainable cities.
