As demand for a workforce with digital skills and capabilities continues to intensify, RMIT and Adobe have joined forces and co-designed three new digital marketing courses to close a growing skills gap.

“In order for Australia to remain competitive in the global economy, it is imperative that we address education needs in the digital space,” Katsabaris said.

“RMIT and Adobe share values of innovation and creativity, and we believe this partnership will continue to find exciting new ways to benefit Australia’s businesses and workforce.”

Three new courses will be made available through RMIT Online: Digital Marketing StrategyMarketing Analytics and Insights and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Emerging Technologies for Strategic Marketing.

Students taking the courses will be asked to address real-world problems through their studies with the guidance of mentors, student advisors and a course manager.

RMIT Online CEO Helen Souness said co-designing courses with leading industry players like Adobe was an increasing area of focus.

“This is an exciting addition to our rapidly expanding portfolio of short, future skills courses,” she said.

“The new partnership involves the creation and delivery of practical and applied content to ensure students are equipped with future skills that are essential for the growing digital economy.
