RMIT University and New Aim Collaborate to Enhance AI-Driven E-Commerce Solutions

New Aim is one of Australia’s largest private ecommerce technology companies—trusted by Australia’s leading online brands and marketplaces—that delivers end-to-end solutions across procurement, supply chain management, multichannel integration and pricing.

Its ecosystem is anchored by Dropshipzone, a B2B2C marketplace that enables small and medium businesses launch and scale without investing in warehousing or logistics, and AirOxy.AI, an AI-powered analytics platform that automates insights to maximize efficiency and profitability.

At RMIT University, industry collaboration is a key part of our activities. We are pleased to share that Centre for Cyber Security Research and Innovation member Xiangmin (Emily) Zhou and CSIRO Data61 Collaborator Wei Shao are working with New Aim. This collaboration is driven by a shared commitment to optimising e-commerce operations with AI while safeguarding data privacy.

By combining expertise, New Aim and RMIT will aim to co-develop AI-driven ecommerce solutions to optimise supply-chain workflows, dynamic pricing and customer personalisation while embedding privacy-by-design principles.  This collaboration will pilot real-world deployments, validate performance improvements and establish best-practice frameworks for secure, intelligent online commerce that empower Australian businesses.

We are excited about the potential of this partnership and look forward to exploring future joint projects and future outcomes.

Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting partnership
