Meni Barrass is an HR professional with more than 18 years of experience in the Human Resources field spanning many industries and geographies. Meni is particularly passionate about leadership development, talent management, employee engagement and employee relations.

Meni holds a Master of Workplace and Employment Law and is in the process of becoming a qualified mediator as she believes that many employment issues can be resolved at the workplace level through applying pragmatic problem solving capabilities.
