Energy efficiency of residential heritage buildings: an economic assessment

This study evaluated the benefits of upgrading the thermal fabric, heater, cooler and hot water system of Victorian residential heritage buildings, using common financial analysis techniques.

This study evaluated the benefits of upgrading the thermal fabric, heater, cooler and hot water system of Victorian residential heritage buildings, using common financial analysis techniques.

This project extended the analysis undertaken in the National Heritage and Sustainability Project – Residential buildings project to provide an economic assessment of energy efficiency of heritage buildings.
