Sarah Barker has 20+ years' experience in supporting adults to manage anxiety, mood, recovery from trauma, and build lasting wellbeing. Sarah graduated RMIT with a PhD in Health Sciences and works with neurodivergent individuals to deepen self-understanding, embrace strengths, and create their own sustainable, authentic ways of living. Collaborative, respectful, and evidence-informed, her approach aims to make a lasting difference by providing strategies tailored to clients' goals, values, and thinking style.
