Victor Ieong graduated RMIT with a Master of Technology (Internet and Web Computing) and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Information Technology), building a solid technical foundation and cultivating a deep understanding of both Western and Asian business dynamics. His strategic expertise was refined at IBM and Fujitsu, where he earned industry recognition.

Drawing on 19 years of experience in IT and hospitality, Victor founded Vastcom Technology Limited in Macau. Under his leadership, the company expanded to Hong Kong, Zhuhai, and Singapore, achieving steady growth and driving innovation. Among its notable achievements is the development of an AI-powered document processing system widely adopted across the hospitality sector.
