Ben Williams graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property and Valuation). He qualified as a licensed estate agent and auctioneer, conducting over 2,000 auctions before founding Unreserved, a flat-fee real estate agency operating across five states. Drawing on his RMIT valuation training and 15 years in property, he replaced percentage commissions with a flat fee backed by AI valuation tools. A CFA Level 2 candidate, Ben previously co-founded and exited proptech business My Rental in 2022.
