Co-Founder and Executive director - simon.chua@lead8.com

Simon Chua graduated RMIT with a Bachelor of Architecture. Simon has worked internationally as an architect leading several regions from Asia to the Middle East focusing on mixed development with a strong focus on placemaking. Simon is a co-founder at Lead8, based in Singapore, HK, London, Dubai, KL and China. He has an award-winning team with commercial and people centric projects. Simon is also a member of the Singapore Institute of Architects and a speaker at Urban Land institute conferences.
