Apurva Sharma completed a PhD in Australian Corporations Law and Business and Human Rights at RMIT University. Apurva research examined the Law of Corporate Purpose in Australia and proposed reforms to the Corporations Act 2002 inspired by the US Benefit Corporation model. This work deepened her expertise in social entrepreneurship, responsible business conduct, and ESG governance, and continues to shape her advocacy for corporate accountability and ethical business practices. Apurva founded and leads GPS Lawyers & Consultants and proudly serves individuals and businesses.
