In this presentation, Dr Nadja Alexander will explore mediation as an attractive dispute resolution option for small states, in particular Pacific Island nations. Her talk will focus on cross-border commercial and investment-related disputes and potential opportunities to bridge customary and contemporary dispute resolution against the backdrop of the Singapore Convention on Mediation.
