Alena Moison is the Principal, Technology and Strategy for the Digital Twin Victoria (DTV) Program at the Department of Transport and Planning. Alena is responsible for DTV's product roadmap.

Pascal Perez (Professor)is the Director of the Australian Urban Research Infrastructure Network (AURIN). Pascal is a specialist of integrative infrastructure modelling and socio-technological transitions.
