Responsible Practice: North American First Nations and RMIT Colleges

As part of RMIT University Library’s approach to responsible practice, we are hosting events highlighting new approaches to First Nations teaching and learning.

We launch this series with special guest Brian Johnsrud, who will share his experience with the Tribal Colleges and Universities in the US, discussing their longstanding engagement, research and student success. Brian will also discuss the University of Utah’s annual Indigenous Storytelling Camp that focuses on digital storytelling.

We will also hear about work happening from within RMIT Colleges – from Songlines in Geospatial Science to innovations in Indigenous Knowledge sharing in CoBL to work happening within the Library.

Come along and get inspired! Afternoon tea will follow the session.
