  • Session One: 10.30am - 11.00am
  • Session Two: 12.30pm - 1.00pm

  • Session One: 11.00am - 11.30am
  • Session Two: 1.00pm - 1.30pm
  • Session Three: 2.30pm - 3.00pm

Material

Images, audio, or recorded content Still photographs of prize winner may be taken by our photographer during their flight (pre and post flying).

Purpose

Include media and uses: (e.g., websites, social media, other public campaigns, or publications) Image may be used for promotional content creation and publication. This may include public-facing websites, multimedia advertising, social media advertising and promotional advertising of future open days.

Terms

  1. RMIT will own the intellectual property (including copyright) in the Material.
  2. RMIT may edit, change, or alter the Material as it sees fit, including applying branding or other content (or deleting it, without notice to you). RMIT may use, communicate, reproduce, broadcast, or publish the Material in any form, as it sees fit, in accordance with the Purpose.
  3. Unless agreed otherwise, the Material will not name or attribute your child and you will not receive any payment or fees from RMIT’s use or creation of the Material. RMIT may retain or store the Material in hardcopy or digital format.
  4. To the extent allowed by law, you agree that RMIT is not liable for any claim arising out of, or in relation to, the Material or its use, in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise. You agree you won’t make any claims against RMIT in connection with its creation or use of the Material.
