This major focuses on developing strategies to manage people and construct workplace arrangements that respond to organisational and human needs.

Complete the following Six (6) subjects:

  • BUSM3119 Human Resource Management (12cp)
  • BUSM1080 Employment Relations (12cp)
  • BUSM3122 Work, Health, Safety and Wellbeing (12cp)
  • BUSM1074 Negotiation and Conflict Resolution (12cp)
  • BUSM1137 Human Resource Development (12cp)
  • BUSM2616 Professional Practice in HRM and IR (12cp)

AND

Select and complete Two (2) subjects from the following People and Organisation Major - students who have completed subjects in other majors cannot choose these subjects:

  • BUSM2449 International Human Resource Management (12cp)
  • LAW2472 Introduction to Employment Law (12cp)
  • BUSM1228 People Analytics (12cp)
  • BUSM1202 Managing Change (12cp)

Before undertaking multiple majors, you must ensure there is no overlap in core or your choice of option courses.
