Christina Tieppo studied the RMIT Graduate Certificate in Careers Education and Development. She began her studies in response to discovering a need for career guidance for professionals that had experienced negative workplace events such as burnout, redundancy or bullying. She left her job in employment services and founded Career Mend - career counselling for professionals who want to leave their negative experiences behind and reignite their career passion.
